Returns and exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized items.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

We will happily replace any item(s) which arrive damaged. Please send an email with explanation to NancyNikko [!at] gmail.com before returning.
Damaged items must be reported within 1 week of package delivery.

REMINDER: Please make sure your shipping address is current on your order.

Shipping is via USPS and all non-personalized orders shipped within 2 business days (M-F). If you are ordering personalized items, your order will be shipped within 4 business days of your proof approval.
Please allow 2 weeks for shipping (though on average it’s much shorter).

International Shipping fees:
All customs fees, VAT fees etc are the responsibility of the buyer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES VARY. To most countries, packages arrive within 12 – 20 days. That said, there are instances when packages get caught up in customs and have taken as long as 4-8 weeks depending upon the country being shipped to. Please let me know if you need a package within a specific time frame before ordering so that I can l check to see if I can accommodate your schedule.
